FREE RETURNS
Returns are free via Royal Mail Tracked. Please follow our returns process for details on sending your order back to us.
Important Delivery Information
- Working days: Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are not included as delivery days.
- Next working day delivery: Saturday and Sunday are not included as delivery days.
- Friday orders: Orders placed with Next Working Day Delivery after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day. Saturday and Sunday are not included.
- PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical delivery address.
- Parcel limits: Rates quoted are per parcel for items weighing up to a maximum of 25kg in weight and volume.
- Additional delivery charges may apply where an order exceeds the standard parcel limits. Any applicable charges will be calculated during checkout.

Delivery estimates apply to weekdays only, Monday to Friday. Some locations may require an additional delivery day.
International & Customs
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination.
- RIVAL cannot be held responsible for customs seizures.
- Where an order is returned to us due to customs issues, refunds will only be issued once the order has been received back by RIVAL.
- Original shipping costs may be deducted from refunds issued in these circumstances.
