Potassium: Potassium works with sodium to keep your cells properly
hydrated and maintain the right amount of fluid inside
and outside them.It’s essential for proper muscle
contraction’ Including your heart muscle. low potassium
can cause weakness, cramps, or irregular heartbeats.

Calcium: Calcium triggers the actual contraction of muscle fibers —
without it, muscles (including your heart) wouldn’t work
properly.
